ADOPTION FEES: NOTE - Unless otherwise noted in the animal description, the adoption fee for mixed dog breeds is $75 in the State of Arkansas and $95 out of state. Breed and Designer Breed dog adoption fees are higher and will be noted in the individual animal description. Paws In Prison trained dogs are $125. Cats are $25 whether altered or not. Fees can be adjusted on an individual basis. Fees can be changed at any time.

Who We Are ICARE is a group of caring and concerned citizens of Izard County. We strive to find homes for the homeless pets of our county, and provide low-cost Spay and Neuter Clinics for the community. ICARE does not have a shelter and is supported solely by donations and fundraisers. All animals are kept in foster homes. If you would like to be an ICARE foster or volunteer please contact us.
