Adoption Process

Since all pets designed for adoption are usually prepared (spayed/neutered, wormed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, etc.), it takes merely a few momemts to fill in documents before you decide to will be ready to deliver the new animal residence.

This number is maintained on a daily basis; new pets are produced readily available through the week.

Adoption Ambassadors

The Adoption Ambassadors system empowers those that foster animals to be use counselors on behalf of Columbia Animal Services. Ambassadors take-home puppies or kitties available for use and pledge to greatly help those animals discover safe & loving houses through person to person, social media posts & email messages to pals & family members, or by hitting the roads with their foster animals. Ambassadors procedure adoptions on their own, returning adoption applications to Columbia Animal Services.
