IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF OUR ADOPTION AREA, DO NOT CONTACT US ABOUT ADOPTING A DOG. OUR ADOPTIONS ARE LIMITED TO WITHIN TWO HOURS OF PENSACOLA, FLORIDA. NO EXCEPTIONS.

WE DO NOT ADOPT DOGS OUT AS SURPRISES OR GIFTS.

A SECURE AND REASONABLY SIZED FENCED YARD IS REQUIRED. NO UNDERGROUND FENCING!

MILITARY THAT IS SUBJECT TO BE TRANSFERRED WHERE THEY CANNOT TAKE A DOG WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADOPTING.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO ADOPT TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON.

TOP PRIORITY IS THE WELFARE OF THESE DOGS.

ADOPTING A FOREVER FRIEND

To adopt one of our dogs, you must fill out an Application, and undergo a vet and home check. You must have an adequately sized fenced yard. No underground fences. . All dogs in your household must be spayed or neutered, unless there is a medical reason otherwise. Adoption fee is $250.

All dogs adopted are spayed or neutered, up-to-date on shots, heartworm and internal parasite negative, on flea prevention, temperament tested, microchipped and groomed before going to their forever home. Gulf Coast Sheltie and Collie Rescue, Inc.
