Looking for a special kitty and want to adopt? Or want to adopt a dog but feel overwhelmed visiting the shelter? TEARS has Seminole County Animal Services’ kitties available for adoption daily and looking for forever homes at the Altamonte Petco. We will also be hosting SCAS dog adoptions every last Saturday of the month. Visit us in Altamonte every Saturday from 11:00am till 3:00pm!

Wacky Wednesdays Are Back!

Enjoy your Wednesdays starting September 14th through October 26th by letting Pet Paradise bathe your pooch for only $10 or for ONLY $20 enjoy a day of doggie camp AND a bathe! Book your appointment during the months of September & October at Pet Paradise in Sanford and help support TEARS. For every squeaky clean dog that leaves Pet Paradise on Wednesday, they will donate $1.00 to TEARS! Great Day In The Country

Join us on Saturday, November 12th from 9:00am till 4:00pm for a huge family-oriented Arts & Crafts event hosted by the GFWC Oviedo Woman’s Club. The event is FREE and will have over 350 Arts & Crafts Booths, Business Booths, and Community Service Booths in addition to our tent which will feature some of Seminole County’s wonderful adoptable dogs and cats and a great raffle to help support our mission. Entertainment is provided throughout the day and there will also have a special children’s play area and lots of food & drinks. The event is being held at a NEW LOCATION this year…Oviedo’s new “Oviedo on the Park!” located off of Oviedo Blvd. Hope to see you there!

Share the Love this Holiday Season & Adopt Your New Best Friend

We are kicking off this holiday season by inviting you to the Mastro Subaru dealership in Sanford for a winter wonderland adoption event! Lots of great pets will be available for adoption on Saturday, December 3rd, 2016 from 10am till 3pm. Come check out the wonderful dogs and cats looking for new homes. Customers adopting any dog or cat from the Subaru event will have half their adoption fee paid for by Mastro Subaru! Pet Photos With Santa

TEARS is teaming up with the Altamonte Springs PETCO and bringing you Pet Photos with Santa. Make a “pet stop” to visit Santa onDecember 3rd AND 10th at the Altamonte Petco, located at 375 E Altamonte Drive, Suite 1100, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701, from 1:00pm till 4:00pm. Receive a 5×7 photo of your pets with Santa for $9.95. Santa hopes to see your dog, kitty, lizard, snake…everyone this year deserves a little something! Please call 407-551-2217 with any questions.

Home For The Holidays

Seminole County Animal Services is celebrating getting the wonderful adoptable pets a Home 4 the Holidays with a Holiday Open HouseSaturday, December 10 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Animal Services Shelter located at 232 Bush Blvd. in Sanford. There will be more than 150 dogs and cats, puppies and kittens in need of loving homes. All Pets adopted during the event will go home to their new family with a fabulous goodie bag containing treats and tips for caring for their new family member. Adoption counselors will be available to help you pick the perfect pet for your family. So stop by and give your family the best gift ever…the joy of adopting a homeless pet and giving that pet a “Home for the Holidays”!
