LCDAS provides free spay neuter for pets of owners on public assistance who own cats, Pit Bulls, and Pit Bull mixes. Owners must pay for the cost of the county license. LCDAS also provides free sterilization for feral outdoor cats through a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program. If you do not qualify for public assistance, please see one of the low-cost clinics below.
